1. 激凸型：站立的乳首浮凸在乳-暈之上，當天氣變冷或受到刺激的時候，會變硬或變得更明顯。

2. 平坦型：平常的時候，乳首會平躺在乳-暈上，但遇冷或刺激時，也會站立起來。

3. 膨脹型：從乳-暈到乳首都是凸起的狀態，就像是一座小山丘一樣。

6. 點點型：乳-暈上有許多像粉刺一樣的點點。

7. 毛毛型：乳-暈上或邊緣長出許多毛毛。

8. 第三乳首型：有些人身上不只有兩粒乳頭，可能還會有第三個在別處的小乳首。
