今年50岁的克里斯纳(Krishna Choudhary)，左右手上各有6只手指头，左右脚上也各有6只脚趾头，如同他的父亲与兄弟姊妹一样。虽然生活上不至于不便，但这样的另类构造却让他始终嫁不出女儿，遭到许多对象拒绝。

克里斯纳说：「我的祖父与父亲都有24只指头，我们的孩子、孙子们也都有这样的问题。」

身为劳工的他说，「手上多出来的指头对我的工作并不影响，但却带给我的孩子们与孙子们大大的困扰。许多男孩在得知这样的情况后，拒绝娶我们家的女孩。」、「目前已经有4个人拒绝我女儿的婚姻。我不懂为什么会这样，但真的很糟糕。」

虽然也有人认为这样的多指症是神明的祝福，但更多人相信这是一种诅咒。

克里斯纳的嫂嫂席比亚(Sitbiya)说：「我觉得这是对我们家庭的祝福，否则不会所有家庭成员都有这样的问题。这一定是来自上帝的祝福。」

克里斯纳表示，他们平时只能穿拖鞋，因为一般的鞋子穿起来不太舒服，「我们找不到适合我们脚的鞋子，因为不合脚，所以我们别无选择，只能穿拖鞋，我们买不起客制化的鞋子。」

Dr. D.Y. Patil医学院Aayush Gupta博士表示，「这个现象俗称多指症，是一种基因失调、常见手部先天性畸形，患者除了正常手指以外，还会有其他手指赘生。」

Dr Aayush Gupta, an assistant Professor at the department of dermatology, at Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Pune, said the term is medically called Polydactyly
